There are two different ways to pay :

- Payment by Paypal (the fastest and least expensive way to send money) ;
you can use this way of payment even if you don’t have a personal Paypal account, by using your credit card. You don’t have to pay the Paypal’s commission. If you choose this type of payment, I will send to you a payment request by Paypal’s website.

- Payment by transfer money : please contact me if you choose this type of payment.

SHIPPING

Items will be carefully wrapped and put in a strong package, without being able to shift. It will be sent by Post, after payment is received.

You don’t have to pay for wrapping and packing ; you will pay only the shipping cost, the exact price asked by the Post office.

Jolietrouvaille will do their best to protect your purchases. We can not be held responsible for any loss, theft and/or damage during shipping.

If you would like to purchase insurance with the shipping, please request “insurance” at that time, so that I may give you the exact price of shipping insurance.

If you are interested in purchasing an item, or several, don’t hesitate to ask for the shipping cost, before ordering.


RETURN

You may decide to change your mind and wish not to keep the item that you ordered.

When you receive it and if you choose to return it, you must e-mail me immediately. You will have 7 business days to return the item to me, at your expense, send to :

The item will have to be carefully packaged in its original wrapping and package and sent to me by priority airmail.

When I receive the returned item (in its original condition, undamaged), I will refund to you the price of the item. All shipping and insurance will be your responsibility, and is non-refundable.


The items which are sold on this website are old and second-hand items, which have been used and so are not in new condition. Jolietrouvaille makes an effort to describe them as best as possible and to show their faults in pictures when it is possible, however, if you were not advised by this site of an important fault, please don’t hesitate to contact me as soon as you receive the item.
